Baby Spring Greens, Baked Potatoes, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Fajita Seasoned Chicken and Beef Strips sauteed w/Red & Green Bell Peppers and Onions surrounded by Dishes of Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Freshly-Made Guacamole, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, Scallions, Black Olives, Bacon Bits, Jalapenos, Butter, Tri-Color Tortilla Strips, Fiesta Vinaigrette, Flour Tortilla Boats and Corn Taco Shells.   Add Seasoned Ground Sirloin for Tacos $1.65 pp

 

Chicken Poblano Pot Pie Casserole  $13.45 pp 

Served w/Loaded Garden Salad and Choice of Light Italian Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette, Choice of Peach or Apple Cobbler. 

 

Lasagna Roll-ups  $14.25 pp

Lasagna Noodles layered w/Ricotta, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheeses, Seasoned Ground Pork & Beef then rolled up into individual servings, covered in our own Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce, topped w/Fresh Burrata and baked bubbly golden.  Served w/Traditional Caesar Salad and Garlic Sticks.

 

Classic Meatloaf $14.45 pp

Ground Chuck mixed w/finely-diced Mushrooms, Celery, Garlic, Onion, Bell Pepper, Worcestershire and fresh Herbs, topped w/our own thick Caramelized Onion & Bacon Tomato Sauce and served w/Buttery Mashed Potatoes and Mushroom Gravy.

 

Angus Beef Brisket & Beans $11.95 pp

Our own Applewood-Smoked Prime Angus Beef Brisket cut into Strips, slow-simmered with Pinto Beans, caramelized Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Bacon Fat, Chili Powder and Cayenne Pepper served with slightly-sweet cornbread and fresh Jalapeno slices.

 

Steak Chili $10.95 pp

Certified Angus Beef Sirloin cubed and slow-cooked with Dark Kidney and Black Beans, our own oven-roasted Tomato/Chile Blend, Onions, Garlic, Brown Sugar and Chili Powder served with Avocado Slices, Diced Green Peppers, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Scallions and Sour Cream Toppings on the side.
